Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage, we will make every effort to arrange for a prompt replacement. If within 30 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Mattresses are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Non-Furniture Items: We will accept returns and/or exchanges of non-furniture items in new condition with a valid proof of purchase within 30 days of delivery.
Stock Furniture and Rugs: If you are not satisfied with your stock furniture or rug purchase, the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup. The item will be inspected upon return, and a refund amount will be determined based on its condition.
